Group Cycling tips

If taking a Group Cycling class for the first time, here are some guidelines:

Cushion your seat:  Consider wearing padded bike shorts if you are not accustomed to riding a bike.

Stay hydrated:  Bring a water bottle to class so you can take frequent sips while you ride.  Water bottle racks are attached to each bike for your convenience.  A towel is a good idea to have as well.

Pace yourself:  Stationary cycling is especially good for people who have joint problems or trouble with weight-bearing exercise.  Classes can be high energy and vigorous, however, if you are new to exercise, remember to go at your own pace and ride at your comfort level.
