WHAT WE ARE DOING:
- Adding staff to increase the frequency of locker room cleaning
- Adding annual equipment replacement plans by department, in addition to our capital replacement plan.
- Investing in additional cameras in 4 areas of need; we are in the 2nd year of our 5-year security upgrade plan.
- Applying a Fond du Lac Area Foundation grant towards Wellness Center coach training
