ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

All existing Y Members and Non-Members (Program Participants) will need to complete the online account set-up process before you will be able to register online for programs and/or manage your account. Please review below how to properly create your Online Account before beginning to register for programs

See program registration dates. Nationwide members must register in person during the community registration period in order to receive the Y member rates.

Set up, access and manage your online account

Google Chrome browser may be required to access your online account.

Our online account management and registration site allows you to:

  • Register for programs faster and easier
  • Update or change your billing information
  • Pay your account balance
  • View or print receipts (payment history will not be found on transactions prior to November 5, 2016)
  • View your check-in activity for current and previous month
  • View your current and upcoming registrations for all members on your account.
  • Reserve lap pool swim lanes.
  • Reserve racquetball courts.

Connect your Y membership to your online account

Use the following instructions if you have a current Y Membership to connect to your online account (You may need to use or download Google Chrome in order to access registration):

Step 1  Ensure you have a valid email and phone number connected to your Y Membership account. If you don't or are unsure, please contact member services at 920.921.3330 and we will assist you.*

Step 2  Go to the Online Access page.  Click "Login".  Enter your email or phone number associated with your Fond du Lac Family YMCA membership and click submit.

Step 3  Once prompted to enter a password, select the "Forgot your password?" Choose to reset password via a reset password link sent to your email or a quick login with a one-time code sent via SMS, voice call or email.  If you choose a one-time SMS code, we'll send you a text. Your carrier's message/data rates apply.

Step 4   Check your email or SMS. Click the link provided to access your account. Login and click "My Account", "View Account", and then "Edit Profile" to edit your password.

*We strongly recommend you do not create a new account as it will create a duplicate record, will not be synced with your existing Y account and member rates would not be applied to any program registrations.
