Programs
By upholding our core values of RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, HONESTY and CARING, the Y is committed to strengthening our community through programs that promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Membership provides you with discounted program fees. If you are a member "ON HOLD" you will not receive member pricing for program fees. Please contact a membership specialist at 920.921.3330 if you have questions.
MEMBERSHIP PRICING POLICY
To qualify for member pricing on programs or rentals, participants must maintain an active membership for the entire duration of the class, session, or rental period. If membership is canceled during this time, the price difference between the member and non-member rate will be charged.
Online registration
All existing Y Members and Non-Members (Program Participants) will need to complete the online account set-up process to activate your online account, before you will be able to register online for programs and manage your account.
youth program spectator verification
To support the safety of our youth programs and our facility, a Youth Program Spectator Verification process is required for all individuals, both members and non-members, who enter the facility during a youth program.
If you accompany a youth program participant into the facility, you must complete spectator check-in prior to entering.
All non-member spectators must be verified before checking in with a PIN number each time they enter the facility during programs. All members (age 8+) must scan in with their Y phone app or member key card.

Program Refund Policy
At the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, we are committed to providing our members and program participants with quality programs while ensuring the flexibility needed to accommodate their needs. Our Transfer/Voucher/Refund policy is designed to strike this balance.
PROGRAM FLEXIBILITY:
Program Schedule and Location Changes: The YMCA reserves the right to adjust program times or locations as needed to optimize our services.
Program Cancellation: In cases where a program lacks sufficient enrollment, we may cancel it. Program participants affected by such cancellations have the following options:
- Transfer to another program.
- Receive a system credit.
- Request a refund.
Unforeseen Program Cancellations: If a program is canceled for any unforeseen reason, a system credit will be issued to your account for future use. For sessions in progress, the credit will be prorated based on the remaining days/classes.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND GUIDELINES:
Before Program Start Date: If you need to withdraw before a program's start date, you are eligible for a 100% system credit or refund (excluding applicable deposits, uniform fees, or vendor fees).
Special Considerations: In cases of medical or special circumstances after program start date, partial fees may be refunded at the program director's discretion. If the YMCA cancels a class/program, registration and fees will be refunded at no charge.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Please note that non-attendance in a program does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When enrolled, participants are reserving space, time, and staffing, regardless of attendance.
PROCESSING REQUESTS:
All refund and credit requests are subject to director approval and may take three to five (3-5) business days for processing. Additionally, it may take an additional 3-10 days for your bank to reflect the refunded funds.
SYSTEM CREDITS:
Definition: A system credit is defined as a payment made for a membership and/or program that was not utilized. The unused payment is applied to the member/participant's account for future program or membership payments.
Credit Expiration: System credits will remain active for two years from the date they are credited to an account. After this period, they will expire.
Use: System credits are exclusively for internal use within the Fond du Lac Family YMCA and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the organization.
