Personal Training Class Descriptions
This class is a "fun"-ctional fitness total body workout for everyone that mixes traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises, interval & strength training using a variety of equipment such as battle-ropes, tires, boxing bags, box jump and kettlebells. While building strength and fitness you will condition, build speed, balance and your stamina and fitness level soar to new heights.
Butts & Guts
This 45 minute class is designed to strengthen, you got it, your butt and gut! In “Butts & Guts” we will use weights and our own body weight to focus on the two most talked about areas!
High intensity interval training (HIIT) involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times, using equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, free weights, barbells, medicine balls, heavy bags, TRX straps and more!
This energetic class involves alternating short bursts of intense activity with active recovery periods. This is an efficient training method using a variety of fun equipment to help increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
This class is for those familiar with the 6 basic kettlebell movements (swing, clean, press, snatch, squat and Turkish Get-up). This class will utilize kettlebells in a functional workout for all fitness levels focusing on technique and skill.
A full-body workout to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously utilizing a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It's good for endurance athletes, power lifters & fitness newbies alike!
