Forever Fit classes are designed for adults experiencing age-related changes in physical health who want to maintain or improve their fitness, mobility, and overall well-being. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health through low-impact exercises that are easy to follow and effective. With an emphasis on overall well-being, FOREVER FIT classes help participants stay strong, mobile, and confident in their daily activities, all within a supportive and welcoming environment. Ideal for those looking to age actively and maintain their independence.

forever fit BOOK CLUB

We will meet the last Thursday of each month to discuss the book we're reading and to pick a new one! We will choose a new book every 1-2 months. Books will be provided. Join us for some fabulous reads and good discussions!

OFFERED IN STUDIO 1:

Zumba Gold Toning::  High energy Zumba class suitable for all ages - from kids to seniors. Join the party, highlighting the basics of Latin and international dance rhythms.

OFFERED IN STUDIO 4:

Deep Stretching :: This class incorporates traditional yoga moves, but will also rotate focus on different areas of the body that often need more attention such as hips, glutes and low back. Stretches are held for a longer period of time for maximum benefit.

Forever Fit Flex & Flow ::

Flex and Flow is a revitalizing class for FOREVER FIT adults that blends the gentle stretches of yoga with the core-strengthening moves of Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and core stability while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Through guided movements and controlled breathing, you’ll enhance your posture, increase range of motion, and build core strength in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking to relieve tension, improve mobility, or maintain an active lifestyle, Flex and Flow helps you move with grace and ease while feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Strength & Stability :: Standing strength and stability exercises utilizing body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and step work to build muscular endurance, balance, and coordination.

Tai Chi Concepts :: A series of natural movements using relaxation and breathing to generate health, longevity and internal strength & power.

OFFERED IN OUR COMMUNITY GYM:

Chair Yoga :: This class involves practicing yoga poses & stretches while seated in a chair. This class includes breathing exercises, gentle stretching, seated poses & relaxation techniques, aimed at improving flexibility, strength & overall well-being.

ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards® :: Roll back joint pain and muscle loss at any age—through slow & gentle, scientifically designed full-body rebalancing workouts that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and relieving chronic aches, pains, and joint stiffness.

Forever Fit Cardio Circuit :: Cardio Circuit is a fun and energizing workout designed specifically for FOREVER FIT adults. This class combines low-impact cardio exercises with strength and endurance training in an easy-to-follow circuit format. Each exercise targets different muscle groups, boosting heart health, improving mobility, and building overall strength. Whether you're looking to increase energy, enhance coordination, or maintain a healthy heart, Cardio Circuit offers a supportive, community-focused environment to help you stay active and fit at your own pace. Forever Fit Strength in Motion :: Strength in Motion is a dynamic class designed specifically for FOREVER FIT adults looking to build strength, improve balance, and enhance overall stability. Through a combination of resistance exercises, core work, and functional movements, participants will boost muscle strength, increase flexibility, and improve coordination. This low-impact class focuses on building a strong foundation for everyday activities, helping you move with confidence and ease. Whether you're looking to maintain your fitness level or enhance your strength, Strength in Motion offers a supportive environment to keep you active and energized!

Open Pickleball is available.  Please check our Community Gym schedule for court times.

Senior walking is available.  Walk laps at your leisure.  20 laps = 1 mile
