The Fond du Lac Family YMCA announced the hire of Brittany Drews to Member Experience Director. She will oversee and guide all aspects of membership as well as develop and implement high-quality, member-focused YMCA Active Older Adult programs.
“Brittany brings both YMCA and Boys and Girls Club employment experience to the Fond du Lac Family YMCA and is intent on providing excellent service to members, guests, and program participants. Brittany looks forward to creating fun, quality, and educational programming for our Active Older Adults,” said Kristel Lougher, Associate Executive Director.
Drews joined the Y movement in 2012 as a School Age and Day Camp Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, overseeing 8 before and after school sites and day camp in the summer. She then went on to work at the Boys & Girls Club of the Fox Valley as a Unit Director of a before and after school program.
Drews has a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development from UW-Green Bay.
