VIEW UPDATED GUIDELINES:

PHASE 1 REOPENING (JUNE 1-JUNE 30, 2020): LOCKER ROOM HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

Please note that during Phase 1 of reopening the Girl's and Boy's Locker Rooms will be available for members age 16 and up and will not follow the regular age guidelines as listed below.


Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms are provided for use by adults age 18 or older only. For the respect and comfort of all members, children under age 18 are not permitted in the adult locker rooms at any time. Adults with children should use the appropriate child-friendly locker room.

The Girl’s Locker Room is provided for use by girls ages 8 to 17 & girls up to age 8 escorted by a female parent or guardian. Adults age 18 and older, not escorting girls up to age 8, should use the appropriate adult locker room.

The Boy’s Locker Room is provided for use by boys ages 8 to 17 & boys up to age 8 escorted by a male parent or guardian. Adults age 18 and older, not escorting boys up to age 8, should use the appropriate adult locker room.

Family Locker Room is provided for use by parent(s)/guardian(s) escorting children up to age 8 and anyone age 8 and up with individual needs of any kind.  Adults accompanying children under age 8 may use the appropriate child locker room.


  1. No cell phone, camera or video equipment of any kind is to be used in the locker rooms.

  2. Food or drink of any kind is prohibited in the locker rooms. Plastic water bottles are permitted. No glass of any kind.

  3. Bare feet and wet swimsuits are not allowed outside of the locker rooms or pool area.

  4. Use a towel to dry off after pool and shower use to prevent slips and falls.

  5. Do not leave your belongings in the changing rooms.

  6. Return used workout towels to bins provided.

  7. The swimsuit dryer is intended to dry swimsuits only. Do not put any other type of garment in the dryer.

  8. The Y is not responsible for personal property that has been lost, damaged or stolen. Please lock your belongings in a locker.

  9. Lockers are for day use and must be emptied before leaving the facility. No locks are to be left on overnight.
